CREATOR'S LETTER

Hello AI Founder, Builder, and Architect!

Session 1 of The AI Policy Summit 2026 is now available. We cover how AI founders, builders, architects, and policymakers can shape AI policy together in America's 250th year, from AI liability and the Texas TRAIGA sandbox to the EU AI Act and who sets the national standard for AI. Sessions 2 through 10 release each week.

We have a busy week. On Thursday, October 29, we host the Founders and Builders Forum: Securing Capital, IP, and Scaling. Over 120 people have registered. Will you be joining us?

Special thanks to Dr. Gaurav Shekhar, Associate Dean at the Naveen Jindal School of Management, for inviting me to moderate and The AI Space Podcast to be a community partner for AI Day at UTD. On Friday, October 30, I will be curating a conversation with Richardson Mayor Amir Omar, Plano Mayor John Muns, and Meghna Tare, Chief Sustainability Officer at UT Arlington.

On a personal note, some of you may have met my kids this summer. My daughter, Sara, was running check-in at The AI Policy Summit and ā€˜holding the fort’ for me while I was on stage. She just secured an audit and assurance internship for winter 2028 from Deloitte. My son, Yoshua, had his white coat ceremony in July at UT San Antonio Long Medical School.

Question: What is your role in shaping the future of AI? Tell me in this week's poll below.

The podcast is the winner of three awards in 2026 and just passed 5 million views on YouTube. I am so grateful to our guests and audience for helping to build this platform and community.

Thank you,

AD #1: ARE YOU SOC 2 AUDIT READY?

Your SOC 2, handled end to end with AI agents.

Enterprise buyers won’t put your product near their customer data without a SOC 2 report. Twenty-one state privacy laws now hold them accountable for the vendors they share data with, so their diligence lands on you.

Sprinto gets you audit ready in 14 days, across three working sessions. AI agents connect your stack, collect the evidence auditors ask for, and close the gaps as they appear. You approve, they execute.

Sprinto also answers the security questionnaires your buyers send, using the same evidence base, so security reviews stop holding up deals.

No compliance hire. No consultant. Your auditor signs off.

AD #2: THE COST OF FAST AI

The Hidden Cost of Fast AI Answers

A fast AI answer isn't always a coordinated one. When AI resolves B2B issues without looping in the teams responsible for them, confidence outpaces alignment. A new Harvard Business Review Analytic Services briefing paper, sponsored by Front, looks at closing that gap.

AD #3: WANT TO WIN MORE AI DEALS?

A deal has two sides. Your stack only sees one.

Aligned shows you the other half. See what buyers actually do between meeting. See what they open, revisit, and share; so you know the exact next step to move things forward. And your champion gets everything they need to win internally when you're not in the room.

Until the next issue, Space Cowboy!
