CREATOR'S LETTER
Hello AI Founder, Innovator, and Explorer!
Welcome to this week's issue of The AI Space Podcast Newsletter.
AI agents are jailbreaking their systems and secretly communicating with each other. A core researcher quit his AI job, raising concerns about catastrophic and existential risks.
AI companies are racing, but what are we racing toward? Our September 24 event explores how we can balance both governance and speed. Race cars need brakes to go fast.
In the new episode, four tech execs make the case that dashboards are dead and your AI tech stack is not your moat. They say your moat is your expertise,
At our August event, I said your voice wins trust and sales, not AI slop. In the poll results from the last newsletter, Building Your Voice was the overwhelming choice. Nobody is buying your AI tool. They are buying the results you promise to deliver.
The usual fix is another tool or another subscription. That is a science fair project.
One thing to do this week: Can you clearly articulate your offer? If you cannot articulate it yourself, no person or AI tool will be able to do it for you.
As the platform and social media presence grow, brands are reaching out about partnerships to benefit our community. A new logo and fresh branding are in the works, and we have revamped this newsletter to focus more on insights, actions, and value.
I am grateful you are a valuable member helping to build this community and ecosystem. Please let me know if anything in this newsletter resonated with you.
Thank you,
Sanjay Kalluvilayil

Exploring AI Voice With SuperBloom
For Deel's "Feeling of Deeling" campaign, agency SuperBloom needed one consistent brand voice across markets—deployed fast, without sacrificing quality or consent. In this on-demand video session, SuperBloom and Voices break down the casting, production, and governance, plus what they'd do differently and where AI voice is headed next.

AI BYTES: RACING WITH NO BRAKES!
What Are We Racing Toward?
Five stories from this week. Each one ends with an insight and a question to ask about how you are building your business.
Insight: They were supposed to be contained in a test environment. They escaped and commandeered a public forum to pass messages to each other. What they used it for has not been disclosed, and OpenAI kept it under wraps for weeks.
Action: Do you and your partners have a documented disclosure policy and window?
Insight: Nothing sophisticated. A single attacker pointed AI agents at the company and they found passwords sitting in the developers' own files.
Action: Do you have a policy on data and password storage and access, and who is responsible for administering it?
Insight: One affiliate exfiltrated more than a terabyte of data, including millions of payment card records. Nine influence campaigns were shut down, one running 70 fake news sites and about 8,913 articles in 20 languages.
Action: The report says attackers went after stolen API keys sitting in customer environments. Where are your AI API keys stored, who has access to them, and when were they last rotated?
Insight: He states Anthropic understands the dangers but remains locked in the race because it believes that if it slows down, another organization may reach advanced AI first and handle it less responsibly.
Action: He is talking about catastrophic civilizational and existential risks. Who is responsible for driving the governance models and safety frameworks in your company?
Insight: The bots work inside the tools you already use and carry a task end to end. A sales bot watches a target account's webinars and leaves LinkedIn and email drafts for morning review.
Action: Start with one repeatable task. Quarantine the bot in a sandbox with access to a single account and no path to production data. Measure three things before it touches anything else: the results it delivered, the quality of the work against your own standard, and the ROI on the hours and dollars returned.
EPISODE PREMIERE
AI Tech Stack: The Founders and Builders Architecting Product Market Fit
Season 2 | Episode 20 | Live Event | Creator's Cut
Recorded live at the Founders and Builders Forum in Dallas, TX. The panel of business and technology leaders set the bar early.
“Dashboards are dead, and your AI tech stack is not your moat.”
If nobody pays for what you built on a repeated basis, you have a science fair project, not a company. Four tech execs show how they actually stack AI in 2026: multi-model APIs, Claude Code, autonomous agents like OpenClaw, and the human in the loop governance that earns you the license to go fast.
Guest MC: Valerie Freeman | CEO | BravoTECH
Panelists:
Dalia Powers | CIO | Humana
Sameer Ranjan | CTO and Data Scientist | Catenate
Ben Bergeron | VP, Revenue | In-Telecom
Derrick Bozkurt | Founder | Spacer AI | Community Leader | Plano Prompt Engineers
1. Why Dashboards Are Going to Be Dead (14:07)
Because prompts replace them. With a lakehouse, a semantic layer, and an ontology in place, you create the dashboard you need on the fly instead of maintaining thousands.
2. Why Governance Is the License to Go Fast (43:46 and 1:01:25)
Every automated process starts human in the loop and graduates to human on the loop only after guardrails, evals, and audit trails exist. In healthcare today a claim denial never comes through AI. Without brakes in your car, you cannot go fast.
3. The One Thing a Model Cannot Replace (23:49)
Your domain knowledge. Any start-up born in the last five years can be replaced by the next model release. What no LLM was trained on is your domain expertise, your people skills, and your discipline on token cost.
You leave with a product market fit test to run on your own product, the three-model API split that keeps token costs down, and the sandbox rules that keep an agent from leaking customer data. Stay to the end for the human in the loop question every founder gets wrong.
EVENTS: GOVERNANCE OR SPEED? BALANCE BOTH!
Governance or Speed? Founders Who Get It!
Every founder building with AI hits the same fork. Move fast and fix it later, or put governance first and watch a competitor ship.
Key Insights/Actions:
• Govern to move faster, not slower.
• Prove ROI without bending your ethics.

AFFILIATE PARTNER: ONE PLATFORM, NOT DOZENS
One Platform, One Bill
I am consolidating my own tools and subscriptions down to one platform. I vibe-coded this landing page by talking to AI Studio in my HighLevel with my Wispr Flow. It walks through the partnership and the savings and value you get right away. Do the math on the page against your own stack. One platform, one bill.
Why sign up under my link? New HighLevel customers get a 30-day trial instead of the standard 14-day trial, plus 24/7 customer care to help you configure your platform and automations.
This is an affiliate link, and I get commissions for purchases made through it.
POLL RESULTS: THE ROOM HAS SPOKEN!
You Chose Voice Over Tools. Build Your Voice First.
Last issue, I asked you where to spend the most time at the August 27 GTM Playbook event. Building Your Unique Voice was the overwhelming choice.
Where should I spend the most time at the August 27 session?
Your unique voice: why it is mandatory now, and how to build it | ████████████████████ 42% |
|---|---|
Revenue streams: exploring multiple streams and pricing models | ████████ 17% |
AI apps: amplifying your voice and extending your reach | ████████ 17% |
Other or a specific tool | ████████ 17% |
Automations and AI agents: expanding your capabilities | ████ 8% |
Key Insights: Founders and builders are not short on tools. They want to amplify and extend their unique voice in a crowded market filled with AI slop and hype.
AUGUST EVENT RECAP: YOUR VOICE IS THE MOAT!
Founders and Builders Forum: GTM Playbook
Missed the August session? Here is what we covered. I explained my journey from corporate work with Global and Fortune 500 companies, to working with AI founders, to now transforming into an AI Creator. The session focused on how to find your ‘sweet spot’ and build authentic authority that earns trust, turn that trust into multiple revenue streams and pricing models, and then scale your voice with a tool stack that amplifies it without diluting it.
THIS WEEK'S POLL: YOUR VOTE MATTERS!
Where Do You Stand? Your Vote Goes to the Panel.
Polls are how founders and builders tell me what they want. That beats guessing.
I will share the results in the next issue, and what the September 24 panel did with the top answer.
Which one best describes how you are building with AI today?
ADVERTISEMENT #2: BUILD YOUR SYSTEM
Product teams aren’t short on ideas. They’re missing a system.
Jira Product Discovery gives teams one place to capture customer feedback, prioritize ideas with consistent frameworks, and build living roadmaps everyone can align on. And when it’s time to build, those decisions connect directly to delivery in Jira, so everyone can see how the roadmap turns into real work.
Until the next issue, Space Cowboy!
